The Right Shoe Triathlon Club is designed to train beginner and intermediate level triathletes towards a healthy and successful Sprint, Olympic or Half Ironman distance race. Each athlete receives a complete training program to guide them to their goal.
The programs are periodized to help develop everyones potential in a safe, structured and fun way. The focus will be on technique in each sport to build necessary skills. This creates a solid foundation and fosters a strong understanding of how to properly train for each sport individually and put it altogether as the sport of triathlon. Each person in the club will learn the tools to become the best, most efficient athlete they can be.
The club trains through the winter, spring and summer and will build towards a variety of races. In the fall we rest, train in other sports and re-charge for the next season.

Swim -Wednesdays 5:45am-6:45 am at UBC Pool
Bike -Thursdays 6:00pm-8:00pm at The Right Shoe
Run -Tuesdays 6:00pm-7:30 pm at The Right Shoe

Most runs and rides start and finish at The Right Shoe at 4th and Fir. Swims are St. Georges Pool Mountain bikes are welcome. Helmets must be worn at all bike workouts and bikes must be in good working condition All athletes must be members with Triathlon BC. This is included in club fees. A commitment to train a minimum of 4-6 workouts a week is necessary to complete a successful and safe race.
